Kangchenjunga "Hamalyan Treasures of Snows"

Kangchenjunga
Himalayan Range is the third highest peak in the world ‘Kanchenjunga’ (after M.Everest, K2) that has alluring and captivating beauty. It gives the shape of a classical colorful bowl covered with snow. Kangchenjunga translated means "The Five Treasures of Snows", as it contains five peaks, four of them over 8,450 meters.8586 m above sea level. The treasures represent the five repositories of God,
which are gold, silver, gems, grain, and holly books. The sanctuary is home to the Red Panda and other montane animals, birds and plants. India's side of Kangchenjunga also has a protected park area called the Khangchendzonga National Park.
Location & Elevation: Grand summit has an elevation of 8586meters (28,169 ft) above sea level and located in Nepal and in some area of India.
First Ascent: Kangchenjunga was first climbed on May 25, 1955 by Joe Brown and George Band of a British expedition.
Climbing and View: Kangchenjunga is known for its famous views from the hill station of Darjeeling. On a clear day, it presents an image not as much of a mountain but of a white wall hanging from the sky. The people of Sikkim revere Kangchenjunga as a sacred mountain. It is easy to climb from Nepal side rather than India because of snowy and glaciers trek. Permission to climb the mountain from the Indian side is rare, but sometimes allowedBecause of its remote location in Nepal and difficult access from India, the Kangchenjunga region is not much explored by trekkers. It has, therefore, retained much of its pristine beauty. In Sikkim too, trekking into the Kangchenjunga region has just been permitted.

"K2" Highest Peak of Karakoram Range

k2
Most of the high peaks in Pakistan are in Karakoram range, the highest of which is K2 also known as Mount Godowin Austin. It  is the second-highest mountain on Earth after Mount Everest. With a peak elevation of 8,611 meters(28,251 ft). It is located on the border between the Taxkorgan Tajik Autonomous County of Xinjiang, China, and  in Gilgit-Baltistan of Pakistan. The word k2 is derived from notation used by the
Great Trigonometric Survey and sketched two prominent peaks by k1 and k2. K2 is known as the Savage Mountain due to the difficulty of ascent and the 2nd highest fatality rate among the "eight thousanders" for those who climb it and it has never been climbed in winter. An Italian expedition finally succeeded in ascending to the summit of K2 on July 31, 1954. K2 is a much more difficult and dangerous climb, due in part to its more inclement weather and comparatively greater height from base to peak. There are many routes to access but Abruzzi Spur and North Ridge is mostly taken to ascent.
